Mantaray Africa is a User Experience company specialising in cultural diversity and inclusion within UX Strategy, UX Research, UX Design & UX Training.
We assist our clients with the research & creation of digital products & services that meet the customers’ needs whilst still answering the business objectives across the emerging markets.
This is accomplished through intensive customer research; foundational qualitative research, In-depth interviews, site evaluations, competitor analysis and qualitative usability testing. With 24 African country teams all research is conducted in the customer’s native language to prevent bias, with the team speaking more than 95 languages.
We aim to understand the customer’s deep why when interacting and experiencing a particular digital product. Most business have a lot of Big Data offering insights into “WHAT” customers are doing, we specialise in Deep Data offering insights into “WHY” they are doing it.
